What's changing?
We have enhanced and redesigned our invoicing and billing statements to better serve you. These enhancements include:
- All product brands on a single invoice and statement.
- A new self-service My Account portal so you can access and view your invoices and credit adjustments online.
- Support content for billing, including frequently asked questions, an interactive online invoice guide and a statement guide, and much more.
What do I need to know?
Important notes to remember:
- RIA and WG&L customers have a new account number. Your new number appears next to the Bill to field on your invoice and statement.
- Click Start below to preview our new invoice and statement formats and learn of its new features.
