Reports on Compliance with Requirements Applicable to Each Major Program and Internal Control over Compliance Required by OMB Circular A-133 (Updated July 2007)
ALG Subscribers: The AICPA and the OMB have issued guidance addressing the applicability of SAS No. 112 to reports on compliance with requirements applicable to each major program and internal control over compliance required by OMB Circular A-133 for single audits for periods ending on or after December 15, 2006. Appendixes 11G-3 and 11G-4 have been added to reflect this new guidance.
