Please include your name and the acronym/cover title in any correspondence about your class. If you don't have the keycode, then we will identify your request by the name of your class, type of training (Seminar or Virtual), date and time.
In the event you need to cancel your registration, you will be asked for the identifying information for your specific webinar—title of webinar, class code, and date and time. This information is listed on your confirmation statement displayed after you submit your registration.
