e-Form RS Administrator Account Setup

If this is the first time ever using e-Form RS, the Administrator must first login as ADMINISTRATOR. Then, install e-Form RS. A series of dialog boxes or screen prompts will appear when you initialize setup. Say Yes to each of these boxes to install the software. Then, the administrator must create users so they can access e-Form RS. Follow all of the instructions below to achieve this.

Installing e-Form RS

To access the e-Form RS login screen and download the client:

  1. Launch Internet Explorer.
  2. Enter https://eformrs.com in the Address field.
  3. Enter your Account Number, User Name or Login ID, and password as identified in the e-mail correspondence remitted from Checkpoint Administration.

  5. Click OK.
  6. The License Agreement page will display if this is the first login for this account. Click I Accept to continue installing and using e-Form RS.
  7. The Downloading Controls screen will display. Several dialog boxes will appear, depending on your computer's configuration. You may see a Security Warning box. You must click Yes on all of them for e-Form RS to work properly.
  8. When the downloads are complete, the Install e-Form RS page will display.
  9. Click the Install e-Form RS button to download the installation file.
  10. Follow the instructions on the subsequent dialog boxes to continue.
  11. Once you make your selections, click Next to continue. The client will continue to install until it is complete. If you do not already have Adobe Acrobat Reader®, click the Get Acrobat Reader button (Step 2). Follow the instructions on the screen.
  12. When the installations are complete, click the e-Form RS button to run the program (Step 3).

This installation page will no longer appear once the installation is complete. If you need to reinstall e-Form RS, click Install e-Form RS on the left side menu on the Home page.
